Poland is also a 1996 festival classic. It does not have too many options, but they do have some very tasty (and very tasty looking) options.
Kielbasa & Potato Pierogi with Caramelized Onions
Can I just tell you how much I LOVE this dish?? That pierogi was SO GOOD. Of course, I'm not a meat-eater, but the kielbasa was not bad either. I seriously wanted to go back and ask for a plate of like ten pierogis. It was delicious. Pretty much everything at this kiosk looked good, so I'll have to save up and go back to the festival ASAP so I can try the rest!
