Epcot Food & Wine Festival 2013: Mexico

We did not stop by Argentina or Australia, which were the next two kiosks as you travel around the world showcase.

We did stop at the next one in line: Mexico.

Mexico is another festival classic, introduced in 1996. They have some really great food options and some delicious looking beverages. We didn't bet to try any of the beverages this time, unfortunately.

Shrimp Taco with Purple Cabbage

Can you say delicious?! This shrimp taco was so good. Haha, as you can see, a little strip of beef from the other taco you can get has made its way onto my plate... The shrimp was very delicious, though. My mom even liked it and she is not a fan of seafood. Squeezing the little lime slice all over really brings out the unique flavors of this taco. It really enhances the taste. I like this taco because it didn't taste too Mexican-American like every taco at any restaurant does.
